About Patty - A Personal Mentor Who Truly Cares

Patty is well known for her caring nature which is why she found her passion in training and educating other real estate professionals after spending 25 years in the business. The BHHS Branch in Santa Barbara is happy to have her as the Training Director & Branch Assistant Manager. Patty has been greatly invested in helping new agents and seasoned veterans alike to become more successful in the ways that really matter. Her on-site trainings as well as her mentoring program have two valuable aspects in common: They are highly relevant to what is current and they are personalized.

As a sales professional Patty earned multiple awards and was recognized as a top producing agent. For many years she averaged 30 sales per year, closing over 450 deals throughout her career. She has specialized skills in construction escrow coordination, loan processing and has been recognized for spear-heading a federal land exchange, that she closed two years ahead of schedule.

The Mammoth native has called Santa Barbara her home since 2011 when she took on a role as Branch Manager. Thanks to this experience she was led to her calling for educating and mentoring others.

Patty currently oversees 200 agents as the Region’s Training Director. Beyond that she has been highly involved in advancing the unique training and mentoring programs in the Santa Barbara, Montecito and Santa Ynez Valley offices.
